The prices listed in the relevant catalogs next to each product include VAT (24%). gonatidisgarden reserves the right to adjust prices.

In the case of certain areas  of Greece for which reduced VAT rates apply, if your order is made with an invoice, the prices of the products will be adjusted with the lower VAT rate.

VARIOUS

1. Availability:
In every case, it must be made clear that the delivery time of your order also depends on the availability of products in our warehouses.

In case one of the products of your order is not available, you can either cancel the order or we can send the rest of the available products. For the products not available at the time of the order, a shipment at a later time will be paid by the customer.

2. Force majeure:

If for reasons of force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the predetermined time we will inform you via e-mail, in order for you to inform us if under the circumstances execution of the order is still desired.
